Volunteer

Astonished! strives to offer person-centered programs that directly respond to the individual strengths, dreams, and needs of our Core Membership. Volunteers play a central part in enabling us to do just that. From serving on the Board of Connectors, filling key roles on an array of committees, holding vital positions like Astonished! Communications Coordinator, and assisting with program delivery, volunteers help the wheels at Astonished! keep rolling.

It is often stated that the act of volunteering can be mutually beneficial for both the volunteer and the organization. At Astonished! we aim to provide meaningful opportunities that allow volunteers to share their skills and abilities while gaining new experience, learning new skills and forming meaningful relationships. We are fortunate to have numerous University of Regina students, faculty members, and staff as well as community members at large volunteering within the organization.
