Growing Gratitude – Rooted in Strength is the Astonished! Inc. annual Summer (June-August) Fundraising Campaign.

Growing Gratitude – Rooted in Strength raises money to fund the innovative and vital work of Astonished! and shares stories of gratitude. Almost 60% of our annual budget comes from generous donors like you. We invite you to support Astonished! and share your story with us. We are better together! Young adults with complex physical disAbilities are leading the way as they pursue their dreams and create a vibrant, inclusive community. With your support, together we are building something truly meaningful! All donations of $15 or more receive a charitable tax receipt. The 2025 Growing Gratitude – Rooted in Strength campaign runs from June 1 to August 30.

Our Gratitude Story

Based on our lived experience, teaching about opportunities and barriers to accessible physical activity in a University of Regina Kinesiology class.
Growing community and produce in the South Zone Community Gardens, where we planted and cared for our accessible garden.
Welcoming Therapeutic Recreation students into A!TLC to build connections with Student Researchers and collaborate on designing inclusive leisure and recreation programs for individuals with complex physical disabilities.
Deepening our commitment to truth and reconciliation through ongoing learning and meaningful action.
Hosting our annual Holiday Feast — a joyful gathering of core members, families, staff, and friends.
Spinning our wheels and expressing ourselves at What’s Your Style Dance Nights, now led by A! Student Researcher, Cassandra.
Exploring REGINA, the Queen City, through our Outdoor Adventure program — discovering new places and creating lasting memories.
Discovering adapted technology in a hands-on workshop planned and led by fieldwork placement student Aiden.
