SUMMARY:A! Garden Party & Hot Dog Sale Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:We have a fun afternoon planned for the last day in May!!! We will be at the Astonished! accessible garden plot at the South Zone Community Garden!!!! For the Social Club event we will be working the hot dog sale fundraiser\, as well as\, we will have a planter station where Core Members will be making a flower planter. If you are not interested in attending the event but would like to pop by and purchase a hot dog\, drink and/or baking please stop by and also let your friends know!! I have also attached the poster for the hot dog sale fundraiser if you would like to let know any of your family and friends know 🙂 \n\n***Please note that for this event we have a maximum of 10 Core Members who can attend** \n\n\n**Please dress according to the weather (bring hat\, sunglasses\, warm clothing if it is a cooler afternoon\, etc.).*** \n\nWhen you RSVP please provide the following information: \n\nEmergency contact phone number for the afternoon of Saturday\, May 31st\nPhone numbers of staff who are on this afternoon (we understand that sometimes there are staffing changes so if there is a change for another contact person for that afternoon please provide us with the phone number as soon as you can!). We need a phone number as well because if the weather is not great we will need to contact everyone who has RSVP’d – so please make sure you are providing a number 🙂\nPlease provide transportation details by May 29th\n\n\nThe Details:\nWhat: Astonished!
