SUMMARY:A! Garden of Wellness Rock Painting and Nature Mandala
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the final week of the Garden of Wellness! On Tuesday\, August 18th\, we will be painting rocks and making a nature mandala. Come out to make a piece of art to remind you of the garden! \n  \nCore Members will meet at the South Zone Community Garden for an activity\, snack\, and mingling. \n  \nPlease confirm your RSVP and provide the following information by August 11th: \n\nEmergency contact phone number for the afternoon of Tuesday\, August 18th\nPhone numbers of staff who are on this afternoon (we understand that sometimes there are staffing changes so if there is a change for another contact person for that afternoon please provide us with the phone number as soon as you can!)\n\n\n***Paratransit: Please note that we require Paratransit bus times or transportation details to be provided a minimum of 4 days before the event. Please provide these details by Friday\, August 7th.  \n\n**Please note that this event will be open to a maximum of 8 Core Members** \n\nThe Details:\nWhat: Rock Painting and Nature Mandala\nDate: Tuesday\, August 18th\nTime: 1pm-3pm\nLocation: South Zone Community Garden (3303 Grant RD) \n  \nParatransit: If taking Paratransit please have drop off at South Zone Community Garden 3303 Grant RD and please arrive no earlier than 12:30 pm. Pick up at South Zone Community Garden (3303 Grant Rd) and please no later than 3:15 pm. \n  \nTo confirm your  RSVP for the event please email eventsupport@beingastonished.com by August 11th! As well\, please send your paratransit times by August 14th. \n\n***Please note at the present time Astonished! staff and volunteers do not provide personal care (washroom needs). \n  \n*** Weather conditions are unpredictable and there is no accessible indoor space or shelter at the garden. Our general rule of thumb is to postpone an outdoor event if the percentage of the chance of rain/storms is 40% and higher with no indoor space readily available.
