Do you love to watch a good movie, but also experience it outdoors on the BIG SCREEN!???!! We will have great eats, drinks, awesome people, and plenty of good laughs happening! Let us know if you are interested in joining a FUN evening!!!!!
****Please note for this event that it is outdoors! The evenings are getting cooler so please make sure you are dressed accordingly. Make sure you have a jacket, blanket, mittens, and toque to ensure you are warm for the few hours we are outside!****
When you RSVP please provide the following information:
- Emergency contact phone number for the evening of Friday, September 20th
- Phone numbers of staff who are on this evening (we understand that sometimes there are staffing changes so if there is a change for another contact person for that evening please provide us with the phone number as soon as you can!)
- Transportation details when available.

What: A! Outdoor Movie Night!
Date: Friday, September 20th, 2024
Time: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Location: 2934 Inglis Bay

Paratransit: If taking Paratransit please have drop off at 2934 Inglis Bay and please arrive no earlier than 6:45pm. Pick up at 2934 Inglis Bay and please no later than 9:20pm. When you receive your bus times, please send them to Melissa.
****Weather conditions are unpredictable – our general rule of thumb is to postpone an outdoor event if the percentage of the chance of rain/storms is 40% and higher with no indoor space readily available. We will typically make the call no later than 2 hours before the event – please note that weather conditions can change suddenly so a call may be made closer to the time of the event start time. In the case of sudden inclement weather, we ask that families/group homes work to secure transportation home for their Core Member at the event. Astonished staff will work with families and group homes to assist in making the arrangements*****
